SHOES & BAGS PRODUCTION PROCESS

Leather Selection & testing

Leather Selection & testing

Making a Karate or Judo Suit begins with creating a pattern. Our Brown Sundry Paperboard sheets are cut to your specific measurements.

Cutting

Cutting

In judo and karate, certain types of fabrics are used. Cotton zean is used for Karate suits. In Karate suits, there are no other main fabrics.

Lamination

Lamination

By placing the patterns on the fabric, the fabric takes on its shape as it is cut. In order to make the suits, all patches are cut according to patterns and sent for further processing.

D-Fitting

Our manufacturing unit makes logos, labels, etc., using different machines. These suits are mostly embroidered with logos. Separate patches of fabric with the logos are stitched to the suit after they have been made.

Stitching

With the suits designed and all the patches prepared, it's time to move forward with the stitching process, ultimately resulting in a completed full suit.

During this step, our suits undergo a meticulous quality check to ensure there are no issues with any of them. At Godgore, we hold quality as our utmost priority, considering it the most essential aspect of our work.
